Wombat Brawler released its cozy idle fishing game Cast n Chill. It has players catch rare fish, upgrade gear, and reel in legendary catches. The game is now on Steam and being offered at 20% off until July 1.

Cast n Chill is a game for those who prefer wetting a line instead of breaking a sweat. It's a game where players get to set the pace.

Like with most fishing games, players start with the basics. They get to catch whatever bites and then sell the haul. Once they have the coins, they can use it to buy better rods, reels, and upgrades. Eventually, they'll be out in the water wrangling those rare species.

Explore New Waters

In the game, players have the option to keep wandering or find their favorite fishing hole. There's a total of 13 peaceful spots for everyone to discover and each one offers its own critters swimming around and waiting to bite.

Choose the Pace

There's different modes for players to choose. In Active Mode for example, players get to cast, reel, and keep busy much like a loon at nesting time. Meanwhile in Passive it's all about letting the game do the work.

Collect All

There are 50 fish for players to discover. There are some that they're sure to recognize while others may leave them scratching their heads. Everything is in the logbook waiting for their name. There are also 13 fish out there that's going to get folks talking at ol' Rusty's bait shop as if they saw Bigfoot ride a moose.

Fishing Buddy

A day on the water is all good but it's always better with company. Be sure to bring that trusty companion. They might not know a spinnerbait from a spoon, but they’ll help spot a fish.
